1.After a successful product purchase, how long until it starts running?
Different types of products have different start times. Please refer to the product page for specific details.
2.How to pay hosting fee?
You can manually pay the hosting fee on the “My Hosting” page, or enable “FUFU Points Auto-Pay” and “Output Auto-Pay” on the “Hosting Fee” page for automatic payment by the system.
Once FUFU Points Auto-Pay is enabled, the platform will deduct fees from your FUFU Points balance. When the hosting fee balance for an order is less than 5 days, the system will automatically deduct 3 days of hosting fees using FUFU Points. Please ensure your FUFU Points balance is sufficient to avoid deduction failure, which may cause hosting to stop and result in unnecessary losses.
3.When unexpected situations arise such as miner maintenance causing the miner to stop, how are risks shared?
This product is a risk-sharing product, meaning when unexpected downtime occurs, all users jointly bear the losses caused by the downtime. This model can greatly reduce the mining risk for individual users.
4.What are the output distribution and payment rules?
The platform will calculate your personal daily actual output based on the number of minerss you purchased, how you pay for electricity, and the actual total daily output of your batch. You can view detailed daily output data under "Output Records" after selecting one of your hosting orders on the "My Hosting" page.
If your mining output meets the platform's payment rules, the mining pool will directly pay to your receiving address. You can view detailed payment data under "Payment Records" after selecting one of your hosting orders on the "My Hosting" page.
5.Where is the mining output paid to?
The mined BTC will be paid to your set "Personal Wallet Address". You can modify this address at any time during the mining period. The personal wallet address is a BTC address unrelated to the platform. The mining pool will directly pay to this address without going through the platform. Mining pools generally have a minimum payment threshold. Please refer to the mining pool information you selected on the order page.
