Hosting Deposit：$177.40/unit. A deposit is required to secure the slot, and will be refunded to the user at the end of service.

Other Fee：$0/unit, including shipping, customs clearance, tariffs, operation fees; BitFuFu is responsible for all stages from mining transport to operation.

Hosting Fee：$0.0650/kWh，including electricity and maintenance fees. Final charges are based on the actual settlement price at the mining site. Any excess will be billed to the customer monthly.

Repair Fee：Based on the actual repair cost, this fee will be deducted from mining profits.

Exit Fee：Includes mining farm decommission, miner transport fees, and is based on actual costs and borne by the user.

Miner Purchase and Hosting Process

  1. 1. Date of payment. The platform will allocate them and begin mining.
  2. 2. During operation, users receive mining profit.
  3. 3. If the mining farm adjusts hosting fee during the hosting period, the platform will notify users in advance.
  4. 4. The hosting period is one year. Upon expiration, you may pay an exit fee to retrieve your miner or contact customer service to apply for a renewal.
  5. 5. For early termination during the hosting period, a 60-day advance notice to the platform is required, along with payment of the exit fee and an additional one-month hosting fee.

After a successful product purchase, how long until it starts running?
Different types of products have different start times. Please refer to the product page for specific details.
How to pay service fees?
If you have not purchased the full-cycle service fee, you can enable auto service fee deduction in 'My Hosting' or pay the service fee manually. With the auto service fee deduction function enabled, the platform will deduct from FUFU points. When the service fee for a hashrate order is less than 3 days, it will automatically use FUFU points to deduct 3 days of service fees. Please ensure you have sufficient balance in your FUFU points to avoid service fee deduction failure, which may cause the order to stop running and result in unnecessary losses.
When unexpected situations arise such as miner maintenance causing the miner to stop, how are risks shared?
This product is a risk-sharing product, meaning when unexpected downtime occurs, all users jointly bear the losses caused by the downtime. This model can greatly reduce the mining risk for individual users.
What are the output distribution and payment rules?
The platform will calculate your personal daily actual output based on the number of miners you purchased, how you pay for electricity, and the actual total daily output of your batch. You can view detailed daily output data under 'Output Records' after selecting one of your hosting orders on the 'My Hosting' page. If your mining output meets the platform's payment rules, the mining pool will directly pay to your receiving address. You can view detailed payment data under 'Payment Records' after selecting one of your hosting orders on the 'My Hosting' page.
Where is the hashrate output paid to?
The mined BTC will be paid to your set 'Personal Wallet Address'. You can modify this address at any time during the mining period. The personal wallet address is a BTC address unrelated to the platform. The mining pool will directly pay to this address without going through the platform. Mining pools generally have a minimum payment threshold. Please refer to the mining pool information you selected on the order page.
How do I monitor the miner process and mining output?
Users can view the operation condition of each hashrate from the third-party mining pool connected to the platform using the observer link. The users can also view the real-time mining situation, and real-time hashrate and its fluctuation; Operation: My Hosting - Hosting List - Click on Output Monitoring, you can enter the third-party miner maintenance to view the miner operation and estimated daily payment.
Does the platform support users transferring miners?
The platform supports users transferring miners to other users who meet the platform's KYC conditions. The price is agreed upon by both parties, and the platform assists in completing the miner transfer process. Please consult your sales advisor or official customer service for specific transfer procedures.
Can users take miners away?
The platform supports users withdrawing miners at any time, with fees borne by the users themselves.
